It is possible to return the order within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.
Please contact hello@fluffouterwear.com and fill in the return form and attach it in the package.
The product must not be used and must have original tags.
The cost of shipping is on the returning side.
We do not receive cash-on-delivery shipments.
