It is possible to return the order within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason. The product cannot show signs of use and must have original protection and tags. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the returner.
How to report a return?
- Use the return link you received in the “Thank You for your order” email or click HERE.
- Provide your e-mail address (the same one used to place the order) and the 9-digit order number given in the e-mail.
- Mark the returned products and then prepare the shipment.
- In response to your return notification, you will receive a message from us with return details and the return address to which the package should be sent.
I don’t have an order number / I’m having trouble requesting a return online. What to do?
- If you do not have your order number, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org to report your return and complete the return’s form (DOWNLOAD). Please include the form in the package.
- Send back the package to the return address (given on the form).
- You’ll receive confirmation e-mail as soon as your return is delivered and accepted.
How to send back a parcel?
- You can send the parcel back in a way that is convenient for you: via a selected courier company or postal services (personal delivery of the return is not possible).
- Pack the return so that it reaches us safely. You can use your own box or send it back in the original packaging.
- Send the parcel by post or courier – we recommend registered packages (with tracking numbers).
- We do not accept parcels on cash delivery or pickup from parcel collection points.
- It is not possible to return products purchased online in a stationary store. Please return the parcel according to the instructions above, to the address on the return form.
Exchange is not possible. If the size/color you ordered turns out to be incorrect, you must return it (according to the rules above) and place a new order in the store.
